RECORDING: 

• $50/hr. or $45/hr. for 3+ hour sessions. (discount not applied when using it with another promotional offer.)

MIXING/MASTERING: (Prices are per song)

• Vocal Mixing $150. ($50 for each extra artist) 
• Instrumental Mixing $100. 
• Mastering: $25

REHEARSAL ROOM:

• $25/hr for either room A or B.
• $50/hr for both rooms.

We offer monthly rentals at discounted prices, please contact us for more info.

MUSIC PRODUCTION / BEATMAKING

• $400 Custom-made exclusive beat/instrumental. (Duration up to 4 minutes, if you need longer projects, please contact us.)  
• $250 Beat license: exclusive
• $35 Beat license: WAV.

LESSONS FOR DJing, PRODUCTION or ENGINEERING

• 1 month:     $299 per month     
• 3 months:   $283 per month ($849 total)           
• 6 months:   $249 per month ($1499 total)
• 12 months: $208 per month ($2499 total)    

Please note each month includes 4 private, one on one clases that are 1 hour 30 minutes long each.

For Parking, we recommend you leave your car on a parking garage called St James, located only 1-2 blocks away. There is street parking available but this is a busy area so getting a spot can be difficult.

Click on the booking button either on the main menu or at the bottom of this page, and it will redirect you to the booking website where you can select your services, check prices and availability and make payments. After you make the payment, you will receive a confirmation email once we have accepted your session. If you haven’t received a confirmation within 24 hours, please call us or send an email.

If we miss your call, feel free to leave a message with your number and we will get back to you ASAP, or try our secondary phone and/or email. If you haven’t heard from us within 24 hours, please contact us again.

A session booking won’t be confirmed until payment is received. 

Sessions need to be confirmed at least 1 day in advance.

If for any reason you can’t pay using any of our accepted methods, you are welcome to come to the studio in person to make the payment in cash at least 1 day before your session.

I’m sorry, I’m running 30 minutes late, there’s a lot of traffic (or insert any other excuse), are we gonna extend the session to make up for this time?

A session starts and ends at the booked times, we need to be fair with the beginning time of other clients.

It’s the client’s responsibility to be at the studio on time.

If you need to reschedule, give us notice with more than 24 hours and we can change the date for the session.

Otherwise the session will happen at the booked time, with or without the artist present.

Refunds aren’t available, but we can reschedule your session as long as we receive 24-hour notice.

No alcohol or smoking of any kind is allowed inside the studio. Thanks for your cooperation.
